I am constantly receiving the messages “HP Connection Error Internet Explorer Cannot Display the Web Page” and This Page Cannot be Displayed” when using IE with Win 8.1.
Sometimes when I hit the f5 button when the error message is displayed, it will take me to the desired webpage.
Hope someone can help with this.
