how to preview video icons as playing video on putting the cursor on it,,
i mean it quick preview of video like android

      OK then it looks like we have a misunderstanding. What that meant was “excuse MY silly question”. Looks like it was a language thing.

      You said you had this feature before you re-installed Windows. I am on Windows 8.1 and have never had this facility in Windows explorer, either now or when it was just Windows 8.

      Please confirm that you do mean “Windows Explorer” and not the large blocks on the new style start menu. The start menu is the only place I’ve seen video movement.
