How To Format All My Laptop From Another Laptop Or From Bios

my window has corrupted… when i `m going to install another window so it sticks so i need to format all the drives but how??

      Agree with a Linux based virus scan. That would be one the paths suggested anon – based on more info from the OP… And there are other similar scans too that might be of value.

      And I agree that a simple factory restore may not always resolve the issues – especially if caused by virus/malware… Similarly a true repair Installation may not either (if problem is caused by virus/malware).

      Derek’s suggestion is also worth to try; as as has been found effective at times…

      Linux based virus scan; then safeguard data (via a Linux boot); then resolve the problems as posted?

      But of course we are yet to hear again from the OP…?
