How To Fix Or Disable Hp Connection Manager

I have a new HP laptop with Windows 10. All of a sudden I receive this message “HP connection error” I cannot access some normal websites that I visit all the time. This happens on both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Do I need this program, or can I remove it. If so, are there any consequences.

      You don’t “need” the HP program. There are other ways of tackling connection problems if they arise.

      Have you somehow proved that this program is the reason you cannot access other websites?
