PC with password, dump the old & do clean install, Win 7 CD

Received an ALT Computer System PC from my sister, old equipment she was to donate to a school. It has a pass word. How can I dump the old & do a clean install of Win 7 with CD

    1. If you have the install disc and follow the prompts the old installation will be erased and be replaced by your new installation. I s the “old” machine capable of running Win 7?
