After updating Cyberlink cam software from 3.0 to 3.1 internal webcam lost capture. Cyberlink sent me original 3.0 build. I reinstalled W7, 3.0 build and all original Fujitsu drivers – no change. Device manager shows ‘device working properly’.

I hate to suggest this because BIOS updates shouldn’t be done unless it is absolutely necessary, but check Fujitsu’s website for BIOS updates and if there are any, see if they address this issue.
