Solved No Active Partition

i partitioned my hdd to put osx on it with win 7 (basicly i tried to dual boot osx with windows)
the install didnt work corectly so i deleted the partition then after rebooting i get this error no active partition found reboot your computer.i tried using the disk utillity in the osx install and that didnt work so i tried gparted didnt work either (i ran gparted with a ubuntu live cd) i tried everything and it wont work plz help i am only 10 and just got halo 2 a day after this happend

  1. You certainly aren’t a “pcwizzboy”…lol. Why would you re-run the OSX disk to try to repair Windows? You need to run FDISK & set the Windows partition active. Do you have a floppy drive? If you do, just create a Win98SE or WinME boot floppy, boot off it, type FDISK at the A:\> prompt, then activate the partition. If you don’t have a floppy, you’ll need to use the CD version. UBCD has XFDISK or you can use Super FDISK, links are below:
