MGX40.DLL corrupt or absent

WANT TO TRANSFER currently owned Micrgrafx program – with existing files
– via usb pendrive – to new PC.
(can’t use Set-up/Application CD Rom as not compatible with Windows 7).

MGX40.DLL is said to be ‘absent or corrupt’.

    1. why not run the cd in administrator mode and use the compatibility option?
