Solved Message At Startup ; UA.exe System Error

UA.exe System Error
The Program can’t start because mfc90.dll is missing from your computer.

I click ok ,the message box goes away and the computer operates as normal.

      If the computer operates as normal, I would just ignore it. You can always run a search for UA.exe, then paste the .dll file into it’s directory. You can download it here:

      Select the manual download (left side). Unzip the folder (should be in your downloads folder) and cut and paste the .dll into the folder that contains UA.exe.
