Solved Keyboard Failure CMOS Error Not The Battery (Inspiron 519)

So what the problem is is that first the OS was updated from windows Vista to 7. After word the display stopped working. I had changed the battery to reset the CMOS. checked power supply and changed out the ram. this brut back the display but there is a keyboard failure cmos error. no keyboard will work (only excepts USB). I feel this may be a driver change when the new OS was installed.Can some tell me if it is and is there a way to reset or install old drivers?

      Have you tried a normal wired keyboard?
