Internet Time Tab Missing In Win7 Date & Time

Windows 7 OS -> Double-clicked the Time and Date clock located on the desktop toolbar -> Selected the “Change Time and Date Settings” -> The Date and Time window opens and there are only two tabs present; Date and Time and Additional Clocks. The Internet Time tab is not present; however it is on co-workers laptops with Windows 7.

      Did you click Change Date and Time Setting at the bottom?
      If you right click the Date a message should open so you can
      click Adjust Date/Time
      Internet Time should be one of the Tabs.
