I Forgot Password Phoenix Secure Core Utility

My laptop is only new, I forgot the password for the phoenix security core utility. Everytime I turn on my computer it always ask for the core password. I tried to reformat it but still it ask core password. I have a Toshiba Satellite L455-S5008 laptop with windows 7 OS

  1. If you want to access the BIOS Setup on these systems, the system must be off, and not in Sleep/Suspend or Hibernate mode. Press the power button and then immediately press and hold down the F2 key. When the POST (Power On Self Test) finishes, the BIOS Setup screen will appear.

  2. you will have to contact toshiba to get a code for resetting the core password, you will need all the papers bills owener ship, gaurantees, etc, to prove you are the owner.
    otherwise, it might to give it back the real owner if its not you.
    you cannot crack a core password with the code.
    or send it back as its still under warranty
