HP Pavilion DM1 Windows 7 laptop won’t start

I i have a pavilion DM1 and i turned it off and left it home when i went on a vacation to hawaii and when i came back i pressed the on button to go play an online game to pass the time and when i pressed the on button you can see it light up for just under a second along with the wireless connection light (it was red) and while they are on i hear the fan turn on and when they turn off i hear the fan shut off as well
what should i do about this problem?
