I am using the recovery disk to recover my HP Smart Touch PC into the factory state , I did successfully before a couple years ago with it, but not again , it stops at progress 78%, Reformattin the windows partition of your hard disk drive Reinstalling original softwares! Then it came the error message
“Recovery y manager could not restore your computer using the factory image please contact HP support error code – 0xe0ef000e”
Previous I tried to use windows 7 system disk recovered this pc , it was successful! now I tried again with Win 7 system disk , it froze at the stage “choose the keyboard and language time “
