Solved How do we disable Alt + F4 shortcut. is one of the worst one

Like if you accidentally hit it, is like pressing [X].
I want to disable that Alt + F4 non sense.

I use Windows 7 Home Premium. 64 bit
Desktop
like 16 GB DDR3 ram.
Quad-core processor 3.9 GHZ, about 4.2 GHZ clocked / turbo.
