How Do I Get A Disc For TDC15 Digital Camera To Connect To C

I have pictures on digital camera TDC-15 but when I connect it to my computer it asks me for a diksc which should have come with the camera. I do not have this disc and I need to know how I can get one. How do I obtain a disc for my camera TDC-15 to connect to my computer

    1. Try just closing the box asking for the disk and open ‘my computer’. Does the camera show there as a drive?
      If the photos are on an SD card and not the camera’s internal memory you shouldn’t need any software to move the pictures to your PC. Or if they’re on an SD card and you’re still having problems, take the card out of the camera and use one of the multi-format USB card readers to transfer the pictures. You can find them fairly cheap at any place that has digital camera accessories.

    2. Try connecting the camera to a different USB terminal. If there are multiple USB terminals on your computer, connecting the cable to a different USB terminal may allow the camera to be recognized by the computer. 2. Change the USB cable connecting the camera to the computer.
