Solved How Do I Format a Dvd+R Disc In Windows 7

I get an error that was saying windows could not complete the format. I’m kinda new at this so something that would be a step by step tutorial would be great. 🙂

      First understand that a “Write Once” disc like a DVD+R can be formatted only once.

      You need a DVD+RW disc or a DVD-RW disc if you want to format it more than once.
