How do I completely remove Vista from my laptop? I’ve pruchased a full version of Window 7 and I’ve heard, many times, that if I install Windows 7 over Vista it will still run slow. I DESPISE Vista and I want it COMPLETELY GONE!!!! Seriously, I hate it! I There’s nothing I need to save on this computer; I want it completely empted. Please advise. Thank you. ~ Miss Andi

As a follow on to this thread, can someone help me with the following question. Doe sit matter if I buy Windows 7 or Widnows 7 upgrade to achieve the same results.
Secondly, I am reading about 32 and 64 bits. Which should I choose and do I buy one or the other or install one or the other form making a choice when installing?
Apologies if these questions seem dumb but I am not a techy and like the original poster I want Vista off completelty from my laptop.
