Exception ESocketError At 000F2787, Need Help Please

How do I fix the following error?
Exception ESocketError in module WSHelper.exe at 000F2787. WSACleanup.
My computer doesn’t want to connect to the internet?

    1. If this started happening after you installed some new software, uninstall it. If this just started happening for no apparent reason try a system restore from a date before it started. Also check in device manager and make sure it’s not showing a hardware problem, possibly caused by a lack of drivers.
