Error Code 332 Restoring Sony Vaio To Factory Condition

I am trying to restore Sony Vaio back to factory condition but keep getting error code 332. I am unable to log on as the screen freezes at starting windows. so I am unable to activate an error rescue disc I have down loaded on another laptop and burnt to a disc. Any suggestions?

    1. If you’ve installed a new hard drive and you are trying to use recovery disc with that, this may be the cause of the 332 error: http://community.sony.com/t5/VAIO-U…

    2. Restart the computer and immediately begin tapping the F10 key until the Edit Boot Options screen is displayed. At the Edit Boot Options screen, press the Enter key. NOTE: The VAIO Care Rescue window will now be displayed. This indicates that you have accessed the hidden Recovery partition.

    3. 332 error is related to the hard drive. If you want to update the hard disk, contact the team behind the scenes of Sony:
