Batch file to replace text string

Hi all

I am trying to write a file in batch but it needs to change the contents of a file, without changing any of the other information in it. What it needs to do is as follows;

1. Needs to either be able to convert multiple lines at a time OR be able to skip to certain lines (no. 32 to be exact).

2. Needs to change original text to new text. I will give them the following labels throughout this string to better undersstand you guys.

Old text=<old>
New text=<new>
File Destination=<dest>

Can anyone help me out please? Any help is appreciated. Thankyou all,
