Solved Alert! Front I/O Cable Failure

That seems to be a Dell-only error. The solution most recommended is to reseat the panel connectors where they connect to the motherboard. But that didn’t fix the problem for those that tried it.

Since it’s a bios message try going into cmos/bios setup and see if you can disable any alerts there. For example (but probably not related) Dell usually has an intrusion alert that tells you if the case has been opened since you last used it. There may be other alerts you can disable.

As a last resort you could consider a bios upgrade.
