My PC will boot up and run all the way through the Windows screen; but then it restarts itself and boots again, and keeps doing that over and over and over.
I recently upgraded from Windows 2000 Advanced Server to Windows Server 2003 Enterprise. During setup it told me that the file ntshared.chm didn’t copy, but since that’s a help file it shouldn’t matter.
Right after setup the problem started. Is there anyway to fix this??
I don’t suppose you tried to reformat then reinstall, did you?
