PCHEALTH hdmp file

  • 0

Hello friend,

On my Windows Server 2003, there is a folder PCHEALTH inside Windows folder.

Everyday, 3 files with the filename “dllhost.exe.{date}-{time}-00.hdmp” is generated on the path C:WINDOWSPCHEALTHErrorRepUserDumps.

It’s consuming huge disk space on my server. And each file is consuming about 2GB. Can you please help me, what file is this? Is this the necessary file for windows. While, I googled, I found it’s a it’s a error report for .exe crashes, is this true? How can I stop this file to be generated? And what will be the impact of stopping this?

Please guys help me on this. It is giving me hard time.

Thanks in advance.
