Hi,
Just came back from vacation and already busting my head to the wall.
I have a Running Windows Server 2003 SP1 on an HP DL380 with a DC. The problem is that I am unable to log in to the server either locally or remotely using Administrator account. Strangely Server work okay and clients are able to log in, authenticate, and use server resources as if nothing’s wrong. During start up I am having a message “At least 1 service or driver failed during start up”, but I cant examine event log since I cant login.
I’ve already Reset Administrator Password Account to “blank” with 3rd party tool but still cant login.
Any ideas? Virus/malware

No other admin account on the server?
SOP to create one or two backup admin accounts. Something to remember for the future.
See if you can’t connect via MMC and loading the servers computer management plugin. see if you get access to users and groups
Is this server behind a firewall/router?
More likely being hacked at this point than malware/virus which is the first assault on the server.
