Solved Random Audio Clips Playing On My Computer

My laptop computer plays random audio. These events are assoc. w/ process svchost.exe *32 increasing its CPU usage. Ending the process makes the clips go away, but the process restarts itself later. Attempts to remove the program result in “File in Use” message which says, “The action can’t be completed because the file is open in another program”. Its File description is “winrscmde”.
