Solved How To Close Port 135? Open Port 135 Despite Being Behind

open port 135 despite being behind a router and backed by Zone Alarm. Please advise.
Windows 10 Build 2018 64bit, i7, 3.4GHz, 16.0GB RAM.

      You can configure windows firewall to not allow remote procedure call connections on port 135

      1:hit the windows-flag-key
      2:type in firewall & hit enter
      3: click on advanced settings
      4:select inbound rules and select on the right side “New Rule…”
      5:check the box for “Port” & click next
      6:check the box “TCP” & specific local ports (for specific local ports, type in the port number: 135)
      7:hit next
      8:check the box Block the connection and click next
      9:click next again
      10:give it a name and discription & click finish (this firewall rule may only take effect after a reboot)
      optional~
      11:repeat for outbound connections
