hello
the porn site xnnxx.com keeps putting pop ups on my son’s facebook page. face book advised i delete his add-on applications which i’ve done but this has not solved the problem. any thoughts?

couple of options would be to block the site xnnxx.com in security, secondly set the settings for his account to block all this material. then add xnnxx.com to the popup blocker.
Maybe he meant put xnnxx.com in IE Restricted Sites (that’s assuming you are using IE).
Download, install, update and run the free version of MalwareBytes. It’s pretty good at finding and fixing things that AV’s sometimes miss.
You can use the Facebook report and blocking feature on such ads and posts but many times even after reporting such content it doesn’t disappear from your profile but a more subtle approach on a browser use an ad block extension like following

Open Facebook and navigate to the main menu. Select Settings in the Settings & Privacy dropdown. Scroll down to the Ads section and select Ad Preferences. Select Your information and deactivate any of the profile fields listed to stop ads based on these categories.
