How Do I Kick People Off Of My Website

I have a competitor who is getting on my website and then using the info to make his website with my info. I can see through my chat program when he is there. I need a method to kick someone off of my website when I know they are not supposed to be there. Please help.

      Unless you can obtain his IP address I don’t think there is a whole lot you can do. Internet web pages are designed for people to browse, etc. Now if you make a website that needs a password to enter that would be a different story. Then you could regulate it.
