I want to remove and reload Marlwarebytes but can’t because I am missing
‘unis000.msg’ and cannot reload because I am blocked because of the missing one.

Make sure you uncheck > Enable free trial < at the END of the install.
Click the Settings tab at the top, and then in the left column, select Detections and Protections, and if not already checked place a checkmark in the selection box to Scan for rootkits.
You should simply be able to install a fresh updated copy over the top of the old one.
Download a new copy, install, update when prompted and run a scan.
