Remember the printer must be correctly installed (drivers etc.) on your computer; verify the printer will print OK from the computer – first..
Also check if the printer is compatible with the server; not all printers are compatible with all servers (of the type you have).
When you setup (install) the server itself – its software – keep the the process simple (KISS principal). Use the standard defaults the server setup will proffer – initially at least. Don’t go about changing the usual standard settings.
Do you have the setup CD (drivers and manual) for the printer? On the off chance you don’t have the manual for the printer; setup instructions etc. (don’t have the CD that comes with the printer) you an download the printer manual here:

Note carefully that you do NOT have the printer connected by its usb cable when installing the drivers – it’s connected afterwards; again read the information at the above link, and the user manual.

Also if you take a look at the floppy–the config.sys, autoexec.bat and the files they call and then check the cd files–you might be able to figure out how to start the restore with a different disk.
I never used any of those disks. I just accumulated them from various places over the years. The floppies may or may not be the versions that originally came with the restore cd’s.
