    Unplug the power cord, then reset the BIOS using the clear CMOS jumper – move the jumper to the clear position, wait a few seconds, then move it back again. Reconnect the power cord, power up & immediately enter the BIOS. Correct the date/time & run thru ALL the settings, adjusting as necessary. Save & exit. Do not simply load BIOS defaults & expect everything to work properly.

  2. It's not caused by an error, overheating is caused by a hardware fault. Perhaps the fan is not spinning fast enough. You need to take it to a repair shop so they can open it up and have a look inside it.
