Why Is Only Guest Network Showing Up?

I just set up a new Linksys Ea8500 wifi router. For some reason only the guest network is showing up on all of my devices (MacBook Pro, iPhones, iPads). I did a factory reset and tried again but am still having the same issue.

    1. Have you tried to access the router with the Linksys app from Itunes or app store?

    2. Are you sure you made your Wifi Visible? There is usually an option to make it invisible so only those who know the log in name as well as the key can manually configure the connection. It may be a check box or a drop down menu so you can look for it in the set up.
      Make sure that you have changed the log in name, log in key, and the administrator password for security and write them down, typically at least in the user manual supplied.
