Solved W10 PC No Longer Can Access Toshiba Printer Shared Folder

Tow different windows 10 machines can’t access Toshiba e-studio printer shared folder .

– We have three Toshiba printers same model “e-studio 275” , both devices can’t access all

the printers shared folder .

– other devices are still able to access the folder “XP ,7 , 8.1 and 10” .

– I reviewed all the printer’s settings and they are the same .

– Nothing changed on the printer side or the PC’s .

-Turned off antivirus and firewall.

– Both devices can ping the machines , access their web interfaces ,print …etc.

– One month ago everything was fine .

So, any suggestions ?

      If you are referring to being able to access a network folder on a computer or server from the printer panel then it is a network issue. This might be a Windows Update on the server or computer that the folder resides on. This might need the printers to have the network access password added or updated or the access level read/write corrected on the machine hosting the folder or of the folder itself (check share settings on that machine and folder).

      You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
