Solved NAS Power Light Keeps Blinking After Fall From Top Of PC

I Have a Buffalo LS-X2.0TL the blue power light keeps blinking. It took a short fall from top of computer case. No reset button. Only thing I can do is unplug it and plug it back in, Is drive shot and how can I test it or get it working again.
