My Belkin N300 was set up and worked for three days before it stopped working. It now flashes blue then orange. I have tried the reset by holding the reset button in for 10+ seconds but it still fails to start. Any ideas welcome.

Suggest you go through the setup as new routine, as having actually “reset it” rather than simply rebooting it… all settings will have beeb reset to as delivered. Which means there will a few essential bits of info you need to supply. The manual (link above) will take you through it all.
Generally wise(r) to avoid a reset of a router when having problems, at least until you have tried a simple reboot or power cycle (power down, remove power cord too. Wait about a minute or three, and then power up again).
A simple reboot often clears minor problems that can cause all manner of connection issues, and “doesn’t erase any settings you have made during “your” setup. A reset as johnw and I both comment “does” erase all user settings – and you have to go through the whole setup again.
