How To Set Up A Tplink TL-WR710N In ‘Access Point’ Mode

I have a BT router and a TP-link power network which gives me internet access on my television, but my laptop can get on the network but will not connect to the internet using a TL-WR710N access point.

    1. Have you read/followed the how to in the manual – re’ configuring the tp-ink as an access point; and also as repeater?

      What actually happens when you try to connect the laptop?

      You say it gets onto the network – which network? And does the tp-pink show as an access point in the list of wifi access points on the laptop?
