How Can I Find The Router Log On My Mac?

I would like to see the internet traffic (visited sites) on my Macbook at home – there should be a record of this on my router log (we have a wireless network)…but I have no idea where to find this router log or how to access it. Can anybody help?

      You would type your gateway ip into explorer
      This should bring you to your routers logon screen
      You need to input the account and password to then gain access.

      If you don’t know these you will need to get them from whom ever setup the router.
