Host Not Found On Ncomputing L300 Client

I have Ncomputing L300 series Network Server They were working fine but Suddenly My clients cant find the Host computer.

      After some research I assume you are running Windows Server xxxx on the servers. The L300 thin clients connect to one of the servers running Vspace server software?

      The 2 servers have different subsets?
      L300 clients are configured to connect directly to the server? (not over the router?)
      Router connects servers to internet? not needed for the clients to connect to server?
