Solved D-link DWR-730 Not Setting Up Or Working Properly

we have just bought the DWR-730 and are in Malaysia (but are English) I can only seem to get one of us connected when I have the device linked by the cable. I am NOT a computer literate person really, but need help to get this working. Hope someone can help me.
