Solved Can’t Connect Via P2P With a Specific Friend/Vice Versa

I have an issue that has been happening for about 3-4 months, where I can’t seem to connect to my friend with anything that uses peer-to-peer hosting, such as skype, or most videogames. He is having the same issue. The strange thing is, that it is only happening when we try to connect to eachother, but not other people. We have both port-forwarded, both contacted our ISP, and even tried using virtual lan hosts (dedicated hosting seems to work). Has anyone got a solution?

      The only thing that really comes to my mind in this case is some kind of firewall restriction at one, or both ends of the connection.
