Can I Use Belkin F5D8636-4 V2 As a Repeater?

is it possible for this router to pick up my existing wireless signal and pass it through it’s wired connection?

I want to get the internet into my sat box only way to do this is by hard wire.
my router is upstairs so no chance of running a wire all the way down stairs.

I’m hoping to use this router to pick up the wireless signal and pass it through the cable to the sat box.

posible?

      If it does have bridge mode but it isn’t working that’s likely a setup/configuration issue. Read the documents carefully and do some google searches for info on connecting that router to another wirelessly using bridge mode. Chances are, someone’s already done it and made that info available on the web.
