Linkbook Password Reset Or Disabling

hi we have not used our linkbook for a while and now have forgotten it. how do i reset or change or disable it?

      Contact the manufacturer and be prepared to prove ownership.
      Like most forums we generally do not help with password problems. There is no way to verify the situation and no way to prevent others from using such information for illegal purposes.
