All incoming audio sounds like Alvin the chipmunk. The voice seems speeded up very fast using FaceTime and with incoming voice from calls that I have made.

Have you done a hard reset?
Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
If that doesn’t work, you may need to restore your phone. If it’s a hardware problem, take to an Apple Store.
Might be a cracked speaker
