Solved Short code error message

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and I keep getting an error message when I try to send a message to a short code. I’ve used other phones from co workers and family with the same network who have iPhones and it’ll work for them but not me.

Try performing a ‘Reset network settings’ this will reset your wifi settings as well as your apn and mms settings, also carrier settings.

Go to

Settings
General
scroll down to ‘Reset’
Select ‘Reset Network Settings’

enter you pin and let it rest.

I always recommend that once this is done, restart the device, remove the sim card, wait a minute and re-enter the sim card. Once he phone accepts the sim it should download new carrier settings and apply them to the phone. Be mindful of this when you enter the sim, a message should appear asking if you want to install the new carrier settings make sure you accept them .
