Solved Samsung R540 CPU Overheating

Hi
I got Samsung R540-JA01AE and CPU is overheating (shutdown at 90C when running AIDA stability test) and i don’t know what to do.

Things i have done
-Cleaning the vents
-Take apart the whole thing, cleaning the fan and replace thermal paste.

Idle CPU is sit 48C, the fan doesn’t make any weird noise. I am thinking may be the fan is bad.
Please help i ran out of ideas.

      There are BIOS settings on some rigs that throttle CPU fan speed to a percentage of max. This may be the case if Cool & Quiet or the Intel equivalent is enabled.

      Also, running on AC power with some laptops allows the hybid graphics to kick in, which will cause more heat to be generated.
