Solved Question About Fingerprints On Motherboard

Hello. Will fingerprints and the oils on ones finger dissapear over time completely on a motherboard?

    1. If it’s industrial grade IPA (99%), then it should completely evaporate. Consumer grade is more like 70% and has water or other fillers which may leave residue on the components/board. Personally, fingerprints wouldn’t prove near as big a problem as dust (mentioned in DAVEINCAPS post above)…
