Pci Controller Error Displayed. Laptop Could Not Boot

my probook 4320 showed PCI controller error.now it’s switching ON and OFF repeatedly. Can no longer display or booting. any help to fix the problem

      If it has an PCI wireless card, disconnect that from the laptop by taking of a cover at the bottom and see if that works.

      I am a hardware guy not a software guy but i try to help.
