https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jqjKjy – list of components
When computer turns on, nothing pops up on the monitor so I can boot into the bios. The computer starts with fans running fine, no error beep. Lights are on on the motherboard. I have tried…
-Made sure CPU was seated correctly
-Changed out the sticks of memory (tried each in the first slot)
-Tried 2 different graphics cards
-Made sure monitor was on correct display
-Tried display port directly into monitor (with graphics cards out)
-Tried another monitor
-Tried changing out the memory sticks in every slot
Any help would be appreciated!

https://imgur.com/Or88WVc overall view, motherboard lights are on, fans are running. Can get better picture if need be.
Try removing plugs from hard drive/SSD drive.
Try only one memory stick in first slot.
It is possible too much thermal compound, review and reset.

Remove all components except 1 memory stick, keyboard, mouse, monitor to onboard graphics (preferable VGA or DVI cable if possible).
Check that all stand offs to the case have screws in them and there are no extra stand offs under the motherboard where no screw holes are in motherboard. Look for stray lost screws that might have slid under motherboard. (better yet remove motherboard from case and place on clean cardboard).
Check that no wires were pinched when routing them in case.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
