P1945gcm Mercury Motherboard Is Not Booting

when i power on my PC all CPU fans and other things starts working but monitor displays power saving mode all the lights on keyboard blink once mouse turns on but no display on monitor.
(PC not booting)

i have tried resetting the bios with the jumper but no use
replaced battery no use
please help me i have not changed any hardware parts
when i remove the ram and turn on the PC no beep is heard

      Failing power supplies are common and can cause your symptoms.
      Check your PS.
      They often partially work, fans and hard drives may spin, leds may come on, yet you may get no video and the mboard will not boot all the way.

      If you can borrow a power supply from another working computer, try connecting that.
